Each of our mugs is made by hand. That means that the size, shape, and colour of your mug will vary slightly from what you see on the website. They're all unique!

Shipping

We ship international!
Orders will be shipped within 5 business days
We ship using Canada Post! That means your mug will arrive via your regular postal carrier
Shipping times may be longer for international and US orders because of COVID-19.
We don't set shipping prices! I'm sorry! They vary depending on where you live and are calculated by the postal system based on the weight and size of your package.
We do our best to package our mugs very carefully to protect them on their journey to you. If some how a mug arrives broken, let us know and we will send you a new one!

Refunds & Returns

Something not to your liking? Send us an email and let's chat! Please contact us within 30 days of ordering to return your order for a refund or for an exchange.

Taxes

At this time we are not charging domestic taxes to orders placed within Canada. We will announce before we start charging GST and/or HST
